About
Meet Regan, a passionate Vinyasa yoga teacher who believes in the power of connecting breath, movement, mind, and body to create a transformative experience. In every class, Regan creates a supportive and welcoming environment where students from all backgrounds and experiences can feel safe to let go and be fully present in their bodies. Her classes are a joyful blend of challenge and approachability, designed to get your blood flowing and your muscles moving. Regan’s goal is simple: to help you leave class feeling freer, lighter, and maybe a little sweatier than when you walked in. For her, the most essential part of yoga is the unity and sense of community that blossoms when we come together to breathe and move as one.
Regan’s teaching journey started informally at a community gym in Italy in 2012. After returning to California she went on to obtain her 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification in 2017, in August of 2021 she obtained ERYT and YACEP distinction from Yoga Alliance, and in October 2024 she will complete a 300 hour training and become 500 hour ERYT certified through Yoga alliance. She is committed to spreading this wonderful practice.
